They easily have some of the best miso soup I've ever had. And their udon is beyond delicious. The broth is slightly sweet, paired with the perfectly chewy noodles. Served in a huge cast iron pot.
Wonderful restaurant. We ordered Rock n roll, chicken katsu, soba, and dragon roll. Everything was fresh and delicious. The ambience was so good. Definitely come back again.
We typically DoorDash from Sakura, but have ate there a couple times and picked up to-go. They have become our favorite sushi in town. They are consistent and always fresh. We have enjoyed everything we have had from them.
OMG! Where to start, I wasn't feeling well so I needed to get a quick to go order. The staff was helpful in helping me pick the right sushi roll they have so many options. I have tried miso soup at a different sushi restaurant and it was not my favorite. I decided to give another shot at this location and oh my gosh I must have just had a bad miso at the other place, because this miso is top Tier. I will definitely order again. I ordered the bento box # one. I got so much food and for a good price. Next time I come to town I'll be bringing my family and definitely going to dine in here. Best sushi spot here in Longview, if not the best sushi between Longview and Vancouver Washington. It’s nice when you go for Japanese sushi and a Japanese sushi chef is making the rolls. They never disappoint here! It’s not over fancy, but the sushi is top notch quality and made fresh. It’s much better than conveyor belt sushi.
I have been around the world and back waiting for a good sushi bar again. This is out of this world good. The creative rolls are packed with flavor and rice. The wait times can be long, but worth it. Coos Bay Roll is an elevated California Roll with more eel sauce. Sunkissed Roll is a more elevated Spicy Tuna Roll with Salmon on top. The Gyoza Ramen came hot and ready. This ramen was fresh, had so much packed flavor and had many side quests of snacks inside to try. We will be back!
The decor and seating is simple, but comfortable. There is a nice aquarium at the front that will entertain the kids for a few minutes. The star of the show was the salmon nigiri. Very fresh and fatty. The tuna was nice also, but overshadowed by the salmon.
Bento box portions are large and food here has always been 5 star. Sushi options are always great as well. Kid friendly and open atmosphere with some booths available. Service is very friendly every time. Can pay at table or up front for quicker check out. Bathrooms fit one person vs stalls. Great for take out or dining in. Many parking spaces available.
